          Core Brand Manager

          Job Description

            Manage all aspects of the brand (with all related Products and SKUs within Milk and Juice) through the supply chain Analyze the brand and current strategy and highlight areas of weaknesses and opportunities Create a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand. Create an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improved market share Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximize all opportunities for growth Research consumer markets, monitor market trends and identify potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits Develop the pricing strategy of products and analyze the potential profitability Generate names for new and existing products and services, come up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research Co-ordinate the launch program to external customers as well as employees. Champion the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals Work closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met. Develop and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders. Play a key part in buying, sourcing and manufacturing of the brands products and ensuring all aspects of the supply chain align with the brand.

          Education

            At least a University graduate MBA is a plus Proficient in Arabic and English

          Skills and Capabilities

            At least 5 years’ experience in Brand management and Marketing, leading pricing, promotion, distribution Experience in Juice and Milk categories is a plus Proven track record of Marketing skills, leadership, and successes in the market Results oriented and a strong collaborator
